This notice explains what information Auratic collects through this website and what we do with it. It covers auratic.co.uk only.
Who we are
Auratic is responsible for this website. You can contact us about privacy at info@auratic.co.uk.
What we collect
This site has no sign-up form, no analytics and no advertising. It sets no cookies.
- Emails you send us. If you email us, for example to get updates, we keep your email address and message so we can reply and, if you asked, tell you when Artist’s Proof (ap_001) is released. We do this because you asked us to (UK GDPR, consent and legitimate interests).
- Your colour choice. If you pick a colour palette, your browser remembers the choice in its own local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. These logs are kept for a short time and are not used to identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to reply or to send the update you asked for. Ask us at any time and we will delete them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your information. Our email and hosting providers process it on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@auratic.co.uk. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
